SEO agency judged on results, not rankings

We run SEO as a business channel: technical foundations, site structure, content, authority and measurement. Reporting is based on non-brand traffic, enquiries and the cost of winning a customer from organic search.

An SEO agency that answers for traffic and enquiries

An SEO agency improves how a website is found, understood and chosen in Google and, increasingly, in AI answers. At Double Digital we work in four areas: technical foundations, architecture and content, external authority, and measurement. We judge the work on non-brand organic traffic, sales enquiries and the cost of acquiring a customer from organic search. Keyword positions are a diagnostic, not the goal.

We do not run SEO in isolation from the rest of digital. Queries, products and conversions from paid campaigns show which organic topics have sales value before we spend months on them. The same team covers technical SEO, content, links, UX and AI search visibility.

keywords in the Google top 10 for an online pharmacy, with +230% in the top 50 and no paid ads

+130%

keywords in the top 10 for a small manufacturer in a niche market, with +290% in the top 50

+81%

keywords in the top 10 for a B2B manufacturer of disinfection equipment, with +123% in the top 50 and more leads

How to read these numbers

More top-10 keywords show that visibility is improving. We report them next to non-brand clicks, enquiries and revenue per landing page. The pharmacy works in a regulated sector where paid ads are heavily restricted, so organic search was the only route. The small manufacturer, Addvena, competed with much larger brands. Details are in our case studies.

SEO services for every stage

Choose the discipline that matches your problem, or start with an audit and let the data decide.

How we run SEO, from diagnosis to steady growth

  1. Diagnosis

We analyse your business model, visibility, competitors, keywords and site architecture. Then we agree a roadmap.

  2. Foundation

We fix technical issues, build content and domain authority, and run link building matched to your market.

  3. Growth

We monitor queries, update content, work on SXO, develop the site and track visibility in AI search.

More than rankings in Google

Advanced SEO is a set of connected workstreams. These are the ones we run most often.

  • Intent-based architecture. A structure where every user need has a proper page.
  • Technical SEO and indexation. Crawl budget, canonicals, redirects, structured data, Core Web Vitals and internal linking. On large sites this alone can drive growth.
  • Content and topical authority. Topic clusters, service pages and expert guides for each stage of the decision, not content for volume.
  • Quality-based link building. We assess your link profile, competitors and source topics. The aim is authority, not a monthly quota.
  • SEO with UX and conversion data. Behaviour, paths, forms and offer elements, so that traffic produces business value.
  • Ecommerce and large sites. Categories, products, filters, pagination and long-tail potential, tied to sales data.
  • Visibility in Google and AI systems. Brand presence in AI answers, citation sources and how your company is described.
  • Continuous analysis. Clicks, impressions, CTR, landing pages and indexation in Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools, with priorities reset as data changes.

When SEO results appear

Timing depends on your starting point, competition, how fast changes are implemented and how consistent the work is. Industry sources put first effects at 3–6 months, and 6–12 months for competitive phrases. A typical pattern:

  1. First weeks

    Diagnosis and the first implementations.

  2. 1–3 months

    First signals of growth.

  3. 3–6 months

    Traffic and authority grow.

  4. 6+ months

Visibility scales across more topics and pages.

How the SEO disciplines fit together

No single SEO action solves every problem. This is where each one matters most.

What sets our SEO apart

Visibility that cannot be bought

Our pharmacy project grew in a sector where paid ads are heavily restricted. Organic visibility stays after an ad budget ends.

SEO with performance and analytics

Paid queries, products and conversions show which organic topics sell, so budget goes where users already buy.

Catalogues with thousands of URLs

We control indexation of categories, filters, variants and pagination, so crawl budget is not wasted on junk URLs. We also run our own Comparison Shopping Service (CSS), Feedve.

Our own AI search research

Our meta-analysis of 75+ studies found that a #1 position in Google came with a 43.2% chance of being cited by an AI model.

Non-brand reporting

We split brand and non-brand traffic and measure per landing page, using GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Consent Mode, ecommerce data and CRM. This shows whether SEO brings new customers or only captures brand searches.

No content on a broken foundation

We check indexation, cannibalisation, architecture and performance before publishing, so content budget is not spent on pages Google will not process.

We say when SEO is not the answer

If the budget is below the threshold for measurable results, the market has no search volume or you need results in four weeks, we tell you before signing and suggest paid campaigns.

A process guarantee, not a position guarantee

No one controls Google's algorithm, so we do not promise a position. We commit to an audit, an implementation plan, access to all accounts and tools, and a monthly report on the impact on queries and sales.

How much does SEO cost?

Indicative budgets and time to first results, excl. VAT. They come from the Polish market, converted to EUR, and are not our price list. Scope, number of markets and competition change them. See SEO pricing for what drives the cost.

Local SEO (one city or region)€180–€570 per month1–3 months

SEO mistakes we see most often

  • SEO without a strategy tied to business priorities.
  • Content without an architecture that supports key pages.
  • Cannibalisation: several pages targeting the same intent.
  • Adding content to a site with unresolved indexation problems.
  • Link building where the number of links matters more than their quality.
  • Optimising for a keyword until the text stops being useful to people.
  • No internal linking, so valuable content stays isolated.
  • Judging SEO only by positions and ignoring traffic, leads and sales.
  • Leaving content unchanged for years.
  • Implementing recommendations too slowly.
