B2B SEO
We reach decision-makers while they are still looking for a solution. Technical SEO, expert content, link building and analytics work together to bring enquiries from the right companies.

B2B SEO is about reaching companies that are looking for a supplier, not about collecting visits. One valuable lead can matter more than thousands of random sessions, and a keyword searched a few dozen times a month can be worth ranking for if the people searching are buyers.
We combine SEO strategy, technology, content, link building, UX and analytics, and treat SEO as a customer acquisition channel across Google, AI Overviews and AI answers. One team covers SEO, content, UX, analytics and paid performance. See our wider SEO services for the full picture.

The aim is to reach the right decision-makers at every stage, from the first search to contact with your sales team.
We analyse your offer, margins and priority services, your ideal customer profile, the buying committee, competitors and visibility gaps. Then we research queries across the buyer journey and plan architecture and a roadmap.
We fix technical issues and indexation, build service, industry and use-case pages, publish guides and analyses, add case studies and proof, and run link building for brand and domain authority.
We monitor visibility, traffic and enquiry quality, analyse conversion per landing page, improve forms, calls to action and paths, and work on UX, SXO and visibility in AI answers.
We map problems, needs, solutions, use cases, selection criteria and buyer questions to the structure of your site.
We judge a keyword by intent, contract value, likelihood of conversion and business importance, not by volume alone.

B2B buyers often start with a problem, then look for methods, compare solutions, weigh costs and risks, find vendors and only then send an enquiry. A typical path runs from how to lower the cost of acquiring leads, to B2B lead generation, to a B2B lead generation agency. Each step needs a different page.
Your keyword set should therefore cover service, product, industry, problem, comparison, cost and long-tail queries. A single Offer page is not enough. A typical structure includes service pages, industry pages, use cases, integrations, case studies, a knowledge base, comparisons and market-specific versions. Many near-identical pages cause cannibalisation, so each one needs its own intent.
We record the lead source in your CRM and report by the month a lead was created. GA4 counts sessions and conversions, while a CRM counts companies, so we read both together.
| Stage | What it means | SEO metric |
|---|---|---|
| Contact | A form, call or download, with no fit check yet | Contacts per first landing page |
| MQL | Matches your ideal customer profile | Share of MQLs from organic |
| SQL | Sales confirmed need, budget and timing | MQL to SQL rate per landing page |
| Opportunity | An offer is in progress | Pipeline value from the first organic visit |
| Contract | Signed | Revenue and sales cycle length by source |
Sales teams often object that organic leads include students, competitors and people looking for free advice. The answer is to separate qualification stages, not to limit traffic. Problem queries suit content. Queries about suppliers, price, implementation and integrations convert better. Market data cited by non.agency puts the close rate of organic leads at 14.6% against 1.7% for outbound. Treat it as market data, not a benchmark for every industry.
Selling in other countries calls for localisation, not just translation. Technical language varies by market, and local catalogues and tender portals can matter more than search. See international SEO.
Buyers now use AI tools to research and to build vendor shortlists. Models draw on brand mentions in comparisons, directories, publications and reviews. The material they can cite includes case studies with client names and numbers, proprietary data and specifications.
They are not mutually exclusive. Ads test demand quickly and cover current queries. SEO builds a lasting channel and covers research-stage queries. See B2B Google Ads.
A market of a few dozen firms you can reach directly, sales that are purely relationship or tender based, no access to expert knowledge, or a need for results within one quarter.
Our monthly SEO service starts from about €460 excl. VAT. Larger B2B projects with several segments, a wider technical scope or foreign markets sit in higher tiers. See SEO pricing. Timing depends on the condition of the site, domain history, competition and implementation speed. Quick wins are possible when a site has authority but technical issues, and competitive sectors can need months.
