Disinfection and cleaning equipment, B2BSEO pricing: from €460 per month, scoped to your goals
Monthly SEO management starts from about €460 excl. VAT. We do not sell one package for every business. We set the scope after analysing your site and your competitors, so the budget matches your goals.
SEO pricing at a glance
Monthly SEO management at Double Digital starts from about €460 excl. VAT. The final price depends on the condition of your site, how competitive your sector is, the number of pages and your business goals. We agree the exact scope and budget after analysing your website and your competitors' results.
The aim is more visibility, more valuable traffic and more enquiries or sales, so the scope is chosen for that, not to fit a fixed package. SEO is a process, and its effects build up over time. If you are not sure where to start, begin with an SEO audit or an SEO strategy.
Double Digital is a Google Premier Partner 2026 (top 3% of Google Ads agencies in Poland) and a Microsoft Advertising Partner, with a 5.0 rating on Clutch.

How we price your project
- 1
Analysis of your current site
We look at visibility, indexation, structure, technical condition, content and link profile.

- 2
Competitor analysis
We review the pages ranking high, the scope of their content, their structure and the authority of their domains.

- 3
Setting priorities
We decide how many pages to improve or create, how much content is needed, which implementations are required and how much link building the market demands.

- 4
A concrete offer
You receive a recommended monthly budget, the scope of responsibility, priorities for the first months and a split of work between Double Digital and your team.

What drives the price
There is no universal price list. A small local company needs a different scope from a shop with thousands of products. The price should reflect the real scope of work, not the number of phrases in an offer.
Site size and technical condition
Indexation errors, speed, duplication, URL structure and the scale of implementation work.
Competitiveness of your sector and market
Local, nationwide and international projects need different effort.
Pages and content needed
New landing pages, categories, guides and topic clusters.
Link building and the pace you expect
The scale of the work, the quality of publications and the speed of growth.
What monthly SEO management includes
A retainer is not a fee for watching positions. It pays for strategic, technical, content and analytical work. The scope depends on the chosen variant, the state of the site and your priorities.
SEO strategy and visibility plan
The key business areas, phrase potential and the order of work, planned around topics, not random keywords.
Learn more 02Technical analysis and regular optimisation
Indexation, URL structure, redirects, canonicals, sitemap, robots.txt, structured data, internal linking and performance, removing barriers continuously.
Learn moreService, category and product pages
User intent, headings, scope of information, metadata and how the offer is presented, including filtering and indexation in shops.
Architecture and new landing pages
Recommendations for new service pages, categories, locations, comparisons or sections, rather than one general page for every query.
SEO content
Briefs, new texts, expansion of existing pages, guides and topic clusters. Scope and volume affect the monthly price.
Learn more 06Link building and domain authority
Link profile analysis, competitors' sources, publication planning and digital PR. The publication budget can sit inside the retainer or be billed separately.
Learn moreMonitoring of visibility, traffic and conversions
Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools: positions, clicks, CTR, non-brand traffic, key landing pages and conversions, used to choose next actions.
Consultation and coordination
A specialist in charge of strategy, recommendations for developers, copywriters and management, and checks on what has been implemented.
Where the retainer goes
Typical shares of a monthly budget. Proportions change by project: a local one puts more work into Google Business Profile and location pages, while a shop spends more on technical work and categories.
| Area | Typical share | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Analysis and strategy | 10–15% | Query research, competitors, topic map, quarterly priorities |
| Technical optimisation | 15–25% | Indexation, speed, structured data, canonicals, linking, recommendations for developers |
| Content | 25–35% | Briefs, texts for service and category pages, expansion, metadata |
| Link building and digital PR | 20–30% | Choice of sources, publications, contact with editors, profile control |
| Analytics and reporting | 5–10% | Measurement set-up, monthly report, non-brand and conversion analysis |
| Project management | 5–10% | Contact with your team, coordination, deadlines |
What is not included, or is quoted separately
- Development work. We prepare recommendations and specifications. Your team implements them, or the work is quoted separately.
- A rebuild or new site. Redesigns, migrations and platform changes are separate projects.
- Paid publications above the agreed limit. These are billed transparently, not hidden in the retainer.
- Paid campaigns. Google Ads and Meta Ads are a separate service with their own media budget.
- Photos, video and translations. We quote them before work starts.
- Tool licences and access on your side. Access to your CMS, analytics and CRM has to come from you.
Contract and billing models
Our contract runs for an indefinite period with a notice period, and not as a rigid annual commitment. We recommend a horizon of at least six months, because earlier than that it is hard to judge results honestly.
SEO can be billed in four common ways. A fixed retainer is a monthly amount for a defined scope. Hourly billing suits consultations, audits, migrations and support for your own team. Success fees tie part of the payment to results where the outcome is easy to measure. A hybrid model combines a fixed base with a bonus for results, such as growth in organic sales.
Be careful with any model that pays only for positions. It rewards easy phrases that bring no sales. Define results more broadly: non-brand traffic, landing pages, leads and revenue.
Warning signs of very cheap SEO
Prices well below the low end of a range usually mean a narrower scope: no technical work, mass-produced content or link building from a single repeated source. Watch for:
- A guarantee of first place in Google
- No analysis of your site before the quote
- A focus on the number of phrases
- No information on where links come from
- No statement of the work planned each month
- An identical package for every industry
- Reports of positions with no traffic or conversions
Ten questions to ask when comparing SEO offers
- What will you do in each month?
- Who prepares and implements the recommendations?
- Are the texts included in the price?
- Is the link building budget included?
- How does reporting work?
- Which metrics do you measure?
- Who is responsible for contact and strategy?
- What experience do you have with similar projects?
- What happens to the content and links when the contract ends?
- Which elements may cost extra?
Budgeting for SEO and judging the return
A sensible budget depends on the value of a lead or order, your margin and repeat purchases, the number of queries, your current share of organic traffic, what a customer costs through other channels and the scale of implementation. A smaller scope carried out consistently can beat a large plan that stays on paper. If your company cannot publish or implement, part of the budget can be wasted.
To judge the return, track non-brand traffic, visits to key landing pages, leads and transactions, conversion rate, organic revenue, assisted conversions and customer acquisition cost. Unlike paid campaigns, SEO results do not vanish the moment the budget stops.
Hypothetical example: a phrase gets 1,000 searches a month. At position 3, about 10% click, which is 100 visits. A 2% enquiry rate gives 2 enquiries, and closing 25% gives 0.5 customers a month. At a margin of about €1,150 per customer, that is about €570 of margin a month, equal to a retainer of about €570 excl. VAT. One phrase only breaks even. The return is calculated across your whole portfolio of queries.
