B2B

A B2B marketing agency that counts leads, not clicks

A B2B marketing agency should be judged on the cost and quality of the leads it hands your sales team, not on clicks or reach. We combine Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to reach buying committees, and we connect campaigns to your CRM so you can see which ones create real sales opportunities.

What a B2B marketing agency does differently

When you sell to companies, the buyer is rarely one person. A buying committee, often called the decision-making unit (DMU), includes the user, the budget holder, technical staff, procurement and sometimes the board. Each has different questions, and the sale can take weeks or many months. Advertising is not there to close the deal with one click. Its job is to bring the right company into the process, deliver a lead and let sales do the rest.

That changes how campaigns are planned, which channels are used and what counts as success. An agency that runs B2B like a web shop will boast about cheap clicks while your sales team gets contacts that never close. We start from your product, sales cycle and ideal customer profile, set goals as cost per lead, and work back from there.

It also changes what the agency is for. A good B2B partner often acts as an outside marketing department: it helps shape the strategy, picks channels to fit your sales process and reports in business terms. If you are looking for a partner for a store, see our page on ecommerce marketing instead.

Who we work with

Companies with a long sales cycle

Businesses where a committee decides over weeks or months. They need steady nurturing and relationship-building, not one ad aimed at an instant sale.

Manufacturers, industry and high-tech

A complex, technical product needs market education and access to specific decision roles. For a B2B disinfection equipment company we grew keywords in the top 10 by 81% and in the top 50 by 123%.

Service firms and SaaS scaling lead generation

Teams that care about a measurable cost per lead rather than reach, and want one partner across paid, organic and measurement.

How the channels work together

In B2B the channels play different roles at different stages of a long decision. Each has its own service page with the detail.

Measuring a long sales cycle honestly

In B2B, last-click attribution misleads. A buyer might see a LinkedIn ad, read an article a month later, then search your brand name and click a branded ad. Last-click gives all the credit to that final click and tempts you to switch off the channels that started the process.

So we look at cost per lead, cost per customer and a blended measure such as MER (marketing efficiency ratio), which sets total revenue against total marketing spend. Leads flow into the CRM, for example HubSpot or Salesforce, and whether they closed flows back to the ad platforms, so campaigns are optimised for revenue and not form submissions.

Careful measurement pays off. In a measurement-led optimisation project for KalendarzeCSK.pl, conversion rose from 2.56% to 8.78% and cost per acquisition fell from about €59 (PLN 259) to about €38 (PLN 164). Our broader approach to web analytics covers the setup.

How we work with B2B companies

  1. Analysis and ideal customer profile

We learn your product, sales cycle, ideal customer and the decision-makers on the buyer's side. Goals are set as cost per lead so campaign value is measured from day one.

  2. Strategy and channels

We choose channels that fit B2B, such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and build a funnel that respects the long decision process, guiding decision-makers towards contact with your team.

  3. Launch and tracking

We launch campaigns and set up full measurement: GA4, conversions and CRM integration. If tracking or a CRM is missing, we configure it at the start.

  4. Optimisation and reporting

We lower cost per lead, keep prospects warm over time and cut unprofitable campaigns. Results appear in a Looker Studio dashboard with cost and lead quality, and you have a stable contact throughout.

Lower cost per lead without losing quality

Roletki24.pl, an online retailer of window blinds in a highly competitive market, came to us because leads were too expensive and not every one ended in a sale. The goal was to lower cost per contact without losing quality. We excluded unprofitable keyword phrases, changed the bidding model to avoid overpaying for low-value clicks, A/B tested contact forms to shorten the enquiry path and added remarketing for visitors who left without filling in the form.

The result was a lower cost per lead, more valuable enquiries and lower click costs from more precise targeting. For a full-funnel example, read how we recruited franchise partners for Euromaster using Meta Ads, Google Ads, remarketing and landing-page work.

How B2B agency fees work

B2B advertising always has two separate lines: media budget, paid directly to Google, LinkedIn or Meta, and the agency fee for running the campaigns. In every model the ad account and the leads you collect belong to you.

ModelBest forHow it works
Monthly retainerOngoing multichannel lead generationA stable team and a defined scope at a predictable monthly cost.
Per projectA one-off launch, B2B landing page or account auditA fixed price for a clearly defined, closed scope.
Per result (cost per lead)Mature accounts with proven conversion trackingPart of the fee depends on the number or quality of leads delivered.

Five mistakes when choosing a B2B agency

These are the traps we see most often when B2B companies pick a partner for campaigns.

  • Judging by reach and clicks, not leads. CTR and impressions can look good while no enquiries arrive.
  • Hiring a consumer agency to run B2B. Mass reach fails where a small committee decides. You need targeting by job title, industry and company size.
  • Ignoring the long sales cycle. Optimising only for the last click ignores nurturing and multi-touch attribution.
  • Not owning the account and lead database. If you lose access when the contract ends, that is a clear warning sign.
  • Marketing detached from sales. Without CRM integration and a shared lead definition (MQL and SQL), ads produce contacts that sales never closes.

Where we stop

We do B2B advertising that can be measured in leads: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, landing pages and analytics. We do not produce printed catalogues, trade-show stands or 3D animation. The ad accounts and the lead database stay yours: we get access to manage accounts, not ownership of them.
