Context
Euromaster is a strong international brand in the automotive service industry.
Across Europe, it operates in 17 countries with thousands of locations.
In Poland, the network includes nearly 100 brick-and-mortar service centers and 60 mobile service units operating in a franchise model.
On top of that, more than 100 partner service centers support fleet customers.
The problem?
Despite the brand’s potential and organic efforts, Euromaster had not been able to launch an effective, scalable campaign for acquiring franchise partners.
SEO, content, and network relationships were working — but too slowly, and without predictable outcomes.
The company came to us with a clear goal:
Build a marketing strategy from the ground up that would deliver leads and match the real needs of the market.
Diagnosis: no guesswork, only facts
We started with strategic workshops with the client’s team.
We reviewed previous activities and identified why they were not working:
- The target audience was too broad — there was no precise ideal partner profile.
- The messaging was not aligned with the audience’s real needs.
- Conversion tools were too weak — the landing page and forms were not enough to drive results.
The takeaway?
We were not going to tweak details. We had to redesign the whole system — strategy, offer, messaging, and channels.
Results on your terms.

Let's goStrategy: we started with people and ended with numbers
You do not build an effective campaign from slogans. You build it by understanding the person on the other side.
So before any creative work began, we built personas — real profiles with real needs:
Who?
- An owner of an independent auto repair shop — often a family business with years of experience.
- A man aged 24–54, technically minded and independent.
- Someone thinking about growth, but unfamiliar with the franchise model or unsure whether to trust a partner.
- Someone who needs specifics, not promises.
What did we discover?
There were two types of potential partners:
- Those who needed education — they had to see what a franchise is and what it gives them.
- Those who were already searching — they wanted hard data and real advantages.
That is why we built the offer around specific numbers and tangible business benefits:
- Earn up to PLN 500,000 in additional annual revenue thanks to our CRM system.
- Save up to 50 work hours per month with our tools.
- We generate more than 20,000 customer visits annually for our service centers.
- Gain marketing support worth up to PLN 85,000 per year.
- Receive comprehensive support — CRM, training, onboarding, tools, and promotions.
This was not storytelling. It was a business model that made sense.
Tools: an experience, not just an ad
Landing page
We built a new landing page from scratch:
- It clearly explains what the Euromaster franchise is and what it offers.
- It communicates concrete numbers, advantages, and benefits.
- It presents real case studies and partner testimonials.
- It includes a fast, intuitive contact form — minimum friction, maximum conversion potential.
Video asset
At our request and based on a shared concept, the client produced an authentic video asset.
No artificial polish. Real faces and a real story.
The goal was simple: reduce distance and show that this franchise is a real opportunity — not a risk.
Campaign: built for performance
Meta Ads
- awareness, lead generation, and remarketing campaigns,
- intensive testing of creatives, CTAs, and target audiences.
Google Ads
- Search, Display, and Performance Max,
- targeting based on behavior signals, intent, and locations.
OLX Ads
- presence in the automotive services section — where repair shops were actually looking for solutions.
Industry portals
- visibility where industry conversations and decisions were taking place.
Remarketing
- individually tailored paths based on the stage of each lead’s journey.
Every channel had a role.
Together, they created a sales funnel that worked.
Optimization: nothing performs well without continuous work
Every week brought new data, tests, and decisions:
- We tested different messages, formats, and visuals.
- We optimized CPC for lead quality, not just clicks.
- We adjusted landing page content based on user behavior.
- We managed budgets flexibly based on seasonality and channel performance.
The result? The campaign stayed alive — and that meant it kept improving.
In the Euromaster campaign, the key was combining precise targeting with messaging built around concrete business benefits. We were not looking for random traffic — we built a path that guided the right people toward the right decision.

Double or nothing.
Either you go in with a complete strategy, measurable results, and a willingness to iterate.
Or you keep asking, “Why is nobody filling out the form?”
