Appliance repair servicesGoogle Ads agency for sales and qualified leads
We design, run and scale Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce, B2B and service businesses, optimised for sales, leads and profitability. We are a Google Premier Partner 2026, in the top 3% of Google Ads agencies in Poland.
What a Google Ads agency does for your business
A Google Ads agency plans, builds and optimises your paid campaigns on Google so that ad spend turns into sales or qualified leads. We run Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns for ecommerce, B2B and service businesses, and we judge them on profitability, not on clicks.
Google Ads can bring the right user to your site, but it cannot repair a weak offer or a weak website. That is why our work starts with your business goals, sales model and measurement, and only then moves on to campaigns. If you already advertise, a Google Ads audit is the quickest way to see where the account stands.
We run campaigns on 25 export markets, and Double Digital is based in Warsaw, Poland, with a team that works remotely.

Learn moreHow we run Google Ads campaigns
Three stages, from foundations to scaling.
- 1
Foundations: kick-off and campaign strategy
We analyse your goals and sales model, audit the account and past results, and verify GA4, GTM and conversion tracking. We study competitors and user intent, split the budget between campaigns and funnel stages, and set priorities for the first months.

- 2
Launch: building and starting campaigns
We build Search, Shopping or Performance Max campaigns, prepare keywords and ad messaging, and set up audiences and remarketing. We implement Merchant Center and the product feed, advise on landing pages and forms, and test everything before ads go live.

- 3
Growth: optimisation and scaling
We optimise budgets, bids and search queries, test ads, creative and landing pages, and analyse lead quality and profitability. We exclude traffic that does not serve the goal, extend campaigns to more products and markets, and report with business recommendations.

What sets our approach apart
Google Ads performs when the whole system around it works.
- Full performance system. We connect media, product feeds, creative, analytics, UX and CRO.
- Google Premier Partner 2026. Top 3% of Google partner agencies in Poland.
- Our own CSS. Feedve, our own Comparison Shopping Service, supports Google Shopping campaigns.
- Business economics first. Budget decisions follow margin, seasonality, lead quality and sales goals.
- We do not scale mistakes. We check measurement, structure, website, UX, feed and business readiness first.
- We question the brief. If the budget is unrealistic or profitability looks out of reach, we say so.
Advanced Google Ads work
The work behind the campaign types above.
Structure built around intent
Campaigns split by intent, offer, location, margin and purchase stage.
Analytics that reflect sales
Results tied to CRM data and transaction value, not only cheap conversions.
Smart Bidding with budget control
Automated bidding once there is enough data, so scaling keeps costs under control.
Behaviour-based remarketing
Audiences segmented by visits, baskets and decision stage.
Testing
We test campaigns, messages and landing pages and analyse where users drop out.
Performance Max and Shopping together
Feed, Merchant Center and margin-based product groups planned so channels support each other.
What we check before scaling your budget
Google Ads results come from the whole system, not from a single change in the account. Before we raise spend, we review seven areas.
- Budget versus market. Enough clicks and conversions to learn from, especially in competitive sectors.
- Measurement and data quality. GA4, GTM, Consent Mode, forms, calls and sales. Misconfigured conversions send the algorithm the wrong way.
- Offer, price and economics. Prices, margins, competitive advantages and real customer acquisition cost.
- Landing page, UX and CRO. Messaging, speed, forms, mobile and purchase path. Fixing the site sometimes beats changing the account.
- Account history and structure. A new or previously mismanaged account needs time to fix structure, exclusions, goals and bidding.
- Competition, seasonality and demand. Costs and pace depend on season, location and how popular the offer is.
- Sales feedback. We need to know which enquiries became sales, so we optimise for customer quality, revenue and margin, not form counts.
When Google Ads starts to pay off
This is an indicative timeline. It depends on budget and conversion volume, offer and landing page, analytics quality and feedback on lead quality. A campaign does not need three months to start working; that time is for a repeatable, scalable result.
| Period | What happens |
|---|---|
| Weeks 1 to 2 | Campaign launch, measurement checks, analysis of search queries and the first visits, calls, forms or purchases. |
| Month 1 | Excluding irrelevant searches, improving ads, tidying structure and concentrating budget on the best segments. |
| Months 2 to 3 | Acquisition cost stabilises, bids and audiences are managed more precisely, lead quality and profitability are compared. |
| From month 3 | Scaling in profitable areas and launching further campaign types without losing control of CPA or ROAS. |

Google Ads for ecommerce, B2B and local services
Ecommerce
In ecommerce, the ROAS shown in the account is not enough. We look at real profitability, including margin, delivery costs, returns and seasonality.
Learn more 02B2B
In B2B, the number of forms can mislead. What counts is lead quality and the cost of acquiring a qualified lead.
Learn more 03Local services
A local business does not need clicks from across the country. We target the area you serve and measure calls, bookings and visits.
Learn moreBudget and pricing
The cost of Google Ads has two parts: the media budget, which you pay directly to Google, and the agency fee for management. The fee can be a fixed monthly amount, a percentage of the budget or a combination of both. The price depends on the number of markets, accounts, campaigns, products and languages, the level of analytics, the scope of creative and the pace of development. See Google Ads management pricing for more.
There is no single minimum budget for every business. It depends on search volume, industry bids, location, margin, customer value and goal, and it should be large enough to collect data without outrunning your ability to serve demand.
Common Google Ads mistakes
- No correct measurement. Optimising for wrong or duplicated goals.
- Targeting too broad. Traffic from the wrong location, industry or intent.
- No negative keywords. Budget goes to searches with no sales value.
- One campaign for the whole offer. No control by service, category or margin.
- Judging only by CPC. A cheap click can be worthless.
- Automation without data. The system learns from too few or the wrong conversions.
- A weak landing page. Visitors do not find answers or trust the offer.
- No work on lead quality. Forms grow, sales do not.
