YouTube Ads agency: turn attention into business results

YouTube reaches customers before they search on Google, while they compare options and when they are ready to decide. We plan video campaigns around a clear goal and tie strategy, audiences, creative and measurement together.

What a YouTube Ads agency does

A YouTube Ads agency plans and manages video campaigns on YouTube so that attention turns into reach, traffic, leads or sales. We combine media strategy, creative, Google Ads data and continuous optimisation, from Shorts and In-Stream to video remarketing. Every campaign has one defined goal: reach, interest, traffic, leads or sales.

We do not buy views for their own sake. We design the moment when attention becomes a decision. Video works best as part of the wider Google Ads mix, alongside Search and remarketing.

We are a Google Premier Partner 2026 (top 3% of Google Ads agencies in Poland) and a Microsoft Advertising Partner. Our Clutch rating is 5.0, and we run campaigns on 25 export markets.

How we run YouTube Ads

We start with the role of video in the customer journey, the audience, the goal and measurement. Formats and budget come after that.

  1. Strategy: goal, audience and role of the campaign

We analyse your business model and purchase journey, choose the goal and key metrics, segment audiences and first-party data, audit existing video, verify GA4, GTM and conversion tracking, and plan budget, formats and message sequence.

  2. Launch: creative, formats and go-live

We set creative assumptions and variants, match formats to goal and journey stage, configure audiences, remarketing and exclusions, build the campaigns, link them with Performance Max where it helps, and test before launch.

  3. Growth: testing, optimisation and scaling

We compare opening seconds and messages, analyse cost per view, reach and frequency, assess traffic, conversions and audience quality, exclude placements without value, and scale the creative, audiences and markets that work.

Seven areas we review before scaling

  • The first seconds. Opening scene, pace, message and clarity without sound.
  • Video and goal. Reach, sales and remarketing ads are different assets, each leading to one action.
  • Audiences. Overly broad targeting increases reach but can lower contact quality.
  • Format and device. Shorts, short reach formats and In-Stream do different jobs. We check proportions, length and subtitles.
  • Frequency and fatigue. Number of contacts and how fast creative wears out.
  • Measurement. YouTube data connected to GA4, Google Ads conversions and sales.
  • Offer and landing page. The page must match the video's promise, load fast and work on mobile.

YouTube ad formats and indicative rates

Google does not publish a price list, and the auction sets the rate. Rates below are market data for Poland from 2025 and 2026, converted to euros. Industry, targeting, creative quality and season can move costs several times.

FormatModelIndicative rateBest for
In-Stream, skippableCPVabout €0.01 to €0.02 per viewReach and consideration
In-Stream, non-skippableCPMabout €5.50 to €9 per 1,000 impressionsGuaranteed delivery
Bumper Ads (6 seconds)CPMabout €1.80 to €9 per 1,000 impressionsBrand reminder
In-FeedCPV or CPCabout €0.09 per viewTraffic, where the user chooses to watch
YouTube ShortsCPVabout €0.09 to €0.27 per viewMobile-first reach
MastheadReservationfrom about €275 per dayOne-off large-scale events

Billing, bidding and what a view costs

With CPV you pay for a view or interaction. In skippable In-Stream the charge applies after 30 seconds of viewing (or the full ad if shorter), so a viewer who skips after 5 seconds costs nothing. With CPM you pay per thousand impressions, whatever the reaction. The lowest cost per view can simply mean wide, low-value reach.

Creative that works on YouTube

A strong video follows a simple structure: a hook in the first scene, a problem or need, the solution, proof and a call to action. Production starts from the goal and audience, not from an impressive location. Openings that tend to work:

  • Showing the result or product straight away.
  • Naming a specific problem the audience has.
  • A before and after contrast.
  • A short question that fits the customer's situation.

Targeting and remarketing

Targeting can use location, language, demographics, interests, intent, first-party data, custom segments and context. An audience that is too small limits scale and raises frequency, and targeting will not repair a creative that does not fit.

Remarketing reaches people who visited your site, viewed products or started a form. Instead of repeating the first message, we build a sequence: the problem and the brand, the product or how it works, proof such as an opinion or case study, then a reminder of the offer. In B2B an educational series usually beats a direct form call to action.

Budget and agency fees

There is no single minimum. What counts is audience size, market, goal, cost of reach and the number of creatives. As a reference point, plan about €340 to €690 a month (PLN 1,500 to 3,000) for delivery alone, starting at roughly €11 to €23 a day. Below that, results say more about chance than about creative. One creative and one audience give a more reliable conclusion than four variants on the same budget.

Costs fall into three lines: the media budget paid to Google, video production and agency management. Management is a flat fee (Polish comparisons from 2026 put it at about €230 to €1,150 a month, excl. VAT), a percentage of media spend (usually 10 to 20%), a performance-based fee or a hybrid. We set scope and model after reviewing your account. See Google Ads pricing.

Measuring YouTube performance

Metrics depend on the goal. A reach campaign is not judged on sales alone, and a lead campaign is not judged on views alone. We combine unique reach, frequency, cost per view, quality visits, direct and assisted conversions and cost per lead or sale, and connect them with GA4, your CRM and sales data.

If you cannot see YouTube sales, the problem is often measurement. Video rarely closes a sale in the same session: a user watches, returns three days later through search and buys as Search or direct traffic. View-through conversions sit in a separate column, and frequency capping keeps budget from flowing to a narrow group.

Brand Lift surveys have hard entry thresholds. In Poland these are at least about €4,600 (PLN 20,000) per question, 10 days and 5,000 responses. With smaller budgets we judge impact through brand search growth, direct traffic, view-through conversions and periods with and without delivery.

YouTube Ads or Performance Max

Performance Max can serve ads on YouTube, but it does not always replace a separate video campaign. A dedicated campaign gives you control over the role of YouTube, formats, audiences and frequency. The deciding question is whether video needs its own accountable goal. If you need to know the reach and brand impact of a specific video, you need a separate campaign. If the goal is only sales and video is one placement among many, a separate campaign duplicates the auction. Both can run in parallel when roles and measurement are clear.

When YouTube Ads is not the right choice

If two or more of these apply, fix measurement and Search demand first, and use video later as a layer that builds reach.

  • The budget cannot get past the learning threshold. A very small budget spread across several formats gives no reliable data.
  • There is no video material and no plan to prepare it. A TV spot dropped in unchanged, or a logo slide, is a common cause of high cost and zero effect.
  • Search demand is not exhausted. If Search campaigns lose impressions to budget limits, cheaper sales are there.
  • There is no measurement. Without conversion tracking and consent for data, the campaign cannot be accounted for.
  • The audience is very small and the decision long and technical. With only a few hundred potential customers in your market, other channels reach them more cheaply.

Common YouTube Ads mistakes

  • One video for every goal.
  • A long, slow start that makes people skip.
  • No vertical version, which wastes Shorts and mobile.
  • Judging only by impressions.
  • An audience so narrow that frequency climbs and scale shrinks.
  • No regular creative refresh, and no remarketing sequence.
