B2B Google Ads agency: leads that make it into your CRM

We are a B2B Google Ads agency that optimises for qualified leads, not form fills. Campaigns reach the right companies and decision-makers, filter out students, job seekers and consumers, and feed lead quality data from your CRM back into Google Ads.

What a B2B Google Ads agency should do differently

A B2B Google Ads agency should win you qualified inquiries from companies and decision-makers, not a high count of form fills. One valuable B2B contact can be worth far more than hundreds of random visits, and the path from first click to signed contract often takes weeks or months and involves several people.

That changes how campaigns are built. The audience is smaller, customer value is higher, the form is the start of the sales process rather than the end, the person searching is not always the person who signs, and offline data is needed to connect ads to calls, offers and sales. Effective campaigns combine capturing existing demand, building interest, remarketing, analytics and CRM data.

Double Digital is a Google Premier Partner 2026 (top 3% of Google Ads agencies in Poland) and a Microsoft Advertising Partner, rated 5.0 on Clutch and 4.8 on Google. We run campaigns on 25 export markets and exclude educational, recruitment and consumer traffic, so budget goes to the services, industries and markets with the most potential. What you gain

More qualified leads

We optimise towards companies that meet your sales criteria, not towards any form.

The right companies and decision-makers

Keywords, markets, audiences and messages are matched to your ideal customer profile, industry, company size and role.

Campaigns for long sales cycles

Search, remarketing and demand building work together from the first problem to the sales conversation.

Lead quality, not just volume

Google Ads, analytics and CRM data show which inquiries become opportunities, offers and signed contracts.

Budget for the most valuable segments

More spend goes to the services, industries and query groups that produce the best deals.

Better marketing and sales collaboration

Sales feedback is used to cut weak queries and refine campaigns towards revenue.

What counts as a qualified lead

A qualified lead meets criteria you agree with your sales team, not just a completed form. Typical criteria:

  • Industry and business model
  • Company size or revenue
  • Headcount, branches or number of users
  • Market and location
  • The scope of what they need
  • Budget and implementation timeline
  • The contact's role in the decision

Strategy, keywords and exclusions

Strategy starts with your sales model, not the campaign type: which service to sell, which companies are most profitable, who starts the search and who approves the purchase, how long the sales cycle is and which CRM data can flow back to Google Ads. We segment by industry, company size, market, decision-maker role, problem type and deal value, because a finance director and a technical manager search for the same solution for different reasons.

Keywords reflect the business need, not only product names: solution and service names, problems solved, implementation and integration, software or services for specific industries, alternatives to current solutions and providers or manufacturers. High volume is not high value. More precise phrases may bring fewer clicks from people closer to a purchase.

Many B2B queries attract students, job seekers, consumers and people looking for something free. Typical exclusions cover jobs, internships and salaries, studies and thesis terms, free and open-source terms, courses and unsupported technologies, industries or locations. We analyse these lists rather than copy them, because a term that is wrong for one business can be valuable for another.

Channels for long B2B sales cycles

Landing pages, forms and messaging

A B2B landing page must confirm that you understand a specific problem and can solve it. It should define the target buyer, scope the solution, state business benefits, show case studies and references, describe the working process, answer purchase objections and offer a clear next step. Sending ads to a generic homepage generates traffic but makes the relevant information hard to find.

On the form, balance the number of contacts against data quality. Too short attracts random inquiries, too long can deter valuable people. Ads should say who the offer is for, what problem it solves and what the next step is, and be tested for different roles: owners may respond to revenue growth, operations teams to fewer errors.

Measurement: conversion window and CRM

Primary conversions are sales form submissions, consultation or demo bookings, valuable phone calls, quote requests, qualified leads in your CRM and opportunities or signed contracts. PDF downloads and button clicks are secondary signals and should not replace real sales conversions.

If your sales process takes three months and the conversion window is left at its default, many real conversions are never attributed and a working campaign looks unprofitable. Practitioners recommend 30 to 90 days, matched to the median time from first contact to signed contract (the average is distorted by long outliers). A short window also pushes automated bidding towards fast-converting, lower-value queries such as pricing questions.

Connecting your CRM lets Google Ads learn what happened after the form: lead accepted, lead qualified, meeting scheduled, opportunity created, offer sent, sale won. Each stage can carry a different value, so optimisation follows real pipeline rather than form counts. Extend the window together with offline conversion imports.

Lead scoring: a starting point

Scoring helps once criteria carry points and a threshold. This is a starting point we use with clients, with leads handed to sales at about 50 points and adjusted after the first full cycle. It supports sales judgement and does not replace it.

B2B budget and click costs

Typical B2B clicks cost about €1 to €6 (PLN 5 to 25), and above about €11 (PLN 50) in narrow categories such as CRM, ERP, cybersecurity and recruitment. Most B2B companies start from about €460 per month (PLN 2,000). These are third-party benchmarks for the Polish market, so treat them as orders of magnitude.

Monthly ad budgetWhat it realistically enablesMain risk
Below €460Dozens of clicks per month at B2B rates, not enough to judgeNot enough data for a quarterly assessment
€460 to €1,150One or two Search campaigns on key intents, basic ad and page testsBudget spread across too many segments
€1,150 to €2,300Segmentation by intent, remarketing and landing page testsOptimising for cost per lead instead of contact quality
Above €2,300A full structure: Search, remarketing, upper-funnel channels and international campaignsWithout CRM integration, scale yields no insights

KPIs that connect ads to revenue

One metric is not enough. Cost per lead is a conversation with marketing, customer acquisition cost is a conversation with the board. We optimise towards the latter, even if that means accepting more expensive but better leads.

MetricWhat it showsTypical pitfall
Cost per leadWhether campaigns generate submissionsCheap leads from valueless queries
Cost per qualified leadWhether submissions fit your customer profileNo shared qualification definition between marketing and sales
Cost per opportunityA contact entering a real sales processDifferent CRM opportunity thresholds change results without any campaign change
Pipeline valueHow much money the campaign introducedPipeline grows even when deals stall for months
Customer acquisition costFinal profitability of the channelLeaving out sales staff costs makes it look too good

When to expect results

First leads can arrive quickly, but a stable cost per qualified lead depends on sales data.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

Launch and demand verification: we check form and phone tracking and analyse queries and messages.

  2. Month 1

Exclude educational, recruitment and consumer traffic, improve ads and compare first leads with your sales criteria.

  3. Months 2 to 3

Stabilise the cost of a qualified lead by combining Google Ads and CRM data.

  4. From month 3

Scale the segments that regularly produce valuable opportunities.
