An SEO audit shows what limits your visibility in Google and what to fix first. We review technology, content, architecture, visibility and links, then hand you a roadmap ranked by impact.

An SEO audit is a diagnosis of your website or online shop. It covers technology, content, site architecture, visibility and your link profile. The result is a roadmap of changes ordered by their impact on results, not an automatic report from a tool.
Tools such as Screaming Frog or Semrush supply the data. An expert has to interpret it. A free automated check can find technical gaps, but it does not judge whether your content matches what users are looking for, it does not set priorities and it knows nothing about your business context.
We learn about your offer, customers, business goals and SEO history. We verify data in Google Search Console, analyse traffic and conversions in GA4, crawl the site and identify your organic competitors.
We check indexation, rendering and crawler access, speed and Core Web Vitals, information architecture and internal linking, and the optimisation of service, category and product pages. We assess content quality and potential, the link profile and domain authority, competitor visibility and keyword gaps, and SEO, UX and SXO elements.
You receive a list of errors and missed opportunities, split by area of the site. Priorities reflect impact and urgency, with recommendations for developers, SEO and content teams, proposals for new pages and the next steps, including the possible scope of an SEO strategy.
Crawl budget, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, 404 errors and 301 redirects, Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), mobile-first indexing, canonical tags, schema.org, URL structure, SSL and HTTP errors. See our technical SEO service.
Meta titles and descriptions, thin and duplicate content (for example from ecommerce filters), heading hierarchy, orphan pages, anchor texts and image alt text.
Domain authority metrics as a reference point, toxic backlinks and the disavow file, and a comparison with competitors. See link building.
Whether content fits search intent, how service, category and product pages are optimised, keyword gaps, and the points where SEO and UX meet.
When traffic drops, the audit separates three causes. A manual action is visible in Search Console. An algorithmic drop shows up when you compare the timing with known Google updates. A self-inflicted error is the third case, and it is often what looks like a penalty from the outside.
Typical self-inflicted errors include a noindex tag left in place after a migration, a resource blocked in robots.txt, a canonical pointing to a non-existent address or a redirect loop.
Changing URLs, CMS or design can cost a large share of your organic traffic. We recommend an audit before the migration, to define the architecture and the assets to protect, and another after it, to verify 301 redirects, canonicals and indexation.
A post-implementation audit takes place two to four weeks after changes go live. It looks for typical faults: titles rolled out only in part, old canonicals, redirect chains, a noindex left over from the staging site and structured data validation errors. It is shorter and cheaper than a full audit.
| Phase | Timeframe | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Quick wins | 0–30 days | Fix 404s and 301s, improve titles and descriptions, correct robots.txt and sitemap, add canonicals on duplicates, basic Web Vitals work |
| 2. Core improvements | 1–3 months | Optimise content for intent, complete the Core Web Vitals fixes, improve internal linking, add schema.org markup for products and FAQ, submit a disavow file where needed |
| 3. Growth | 3–12 months | Strategic link building, content marketing with pillar pages, a repeat audit every 6–12 months |
Online shops fight duplicates and crawl budget, and their conversion is the basket and purchase. B2B companies more often struggle with thin content and low authority, and their conversion is a form or a demo request. Local businesses start with consistent data in their Google Business Profile.
An audit also helps paid search. Better Core Web Vitals can improve Quality Score and lower CPC. Organic phrases without buying intent can become negative keywords. Better content can raise ad relevance. If you run Google Ads, this is a good reason to audit first.
Price depends on the number of pages, the depth of the link profile analysis and the comparison with competitors. An audit is a one-off project, and implementation is spread over time. These are typical ranges for an audit on its own, not our price list. Our audit and starting strategy package begins from about €570 excl. VAT. For monthly services, see SEO pricing.
| Site | Indicative price, excl. VAT | What you get |

| Medium site | about €690–1,850 | A full report with recommendations |
