Local SEO
Customers in your area should find you first. We align your website, Google Business Profile and location pages so people in a given place call, book or visit.

Local SEO makes your business visible when people search for a service or product near them, in the Google Maps local pack, in Google Business Profile and in local organic results. Google decides which business best answers the query and is tied to the place. Besides distance, it weighs the relevance of your offer, website quality, profile completeness, reviews, recognition and the consistency of your details across the web.
We work with businesses that have one location or many, anywhere in Europe. This page is part of our wider SEO services.

First changes can show once the profile and website are tidy. Steady growth needs consistent signals to Google about your offer, location and credibility.
Website, profile, categories, reviews and competitors.
We complete data and descriptions, build local landing pages and fix technical SEO.
More queries that combine a service with a place, supported by content, reviews and linking.
More services, districts, cities or branches.
Accuracy of data, categories, description, photos, freshness, duplicates and restrictions.
The centre of a large city is a different situation from a smaller town.
Whether services and locations have their own pages, and whether the content is unique.
Regularity, replies and authenticity count, not just the number. So does consistent data across the web.
We analyse results and competitors, research queries, optimise your profile, develop your site and landing pages, clean up your data, win reviews and build local mentions, then monitor calls, routes, forms and visits.
Correct name, main and extra categories, address or service area, phone, website, hours, description, services, photos and amenities. The name is never stretched with services or places.
Not every query contains a place name. We research core services, services with a place, districts, near me queries, urgent or 24-hour needs, price, reviews and directions.
Never a copy of one page with the town swapped. Each has a local offer, scope, service area, address or map, local work, regional reviews, FAQ, phone and call to action.
Name, address and phone must match on your site, profile, directories and industry sites. We also check LocalBusiness structured data.
Number, regularity, freshness, content and your replies. Collection must be natural and follow platform rules. Buying reviews risks your credibility.
Local service pages, branch descriptions, projects, regional case studies, guides to local problems and directions FAQs, without dozens of near-identical city pages.
Source credibility and local context: regional portals, business organisations, industry directories, partners, events and local media. See link building.
Each real location gets a unique address and contact, its own page and Google profile, hours, local photos, its own reviews and links between branches, to prevent cannibalisation.
People want to call, get directions, book or send a short form. We check phone visibility, a mobile call button, booking, map, hours and clarity of the service area.
Verification can stall a project for weeks. Typical causes:
After a rejection we file an appeal with evidence: photos of the sign and interior, the registration document and the lease. Data must be identical in every source down to the character, including legal form and abbreviations. A suspension hits a profile that already worked, usually after a guideline breach. The business disappears from Maps until the appeal is decided, which is an operational risk.
In trades such as locksmiths, towing and emergency repair, the leaders are sometimes invalid listings rather than better SEO: virtual addresses, keywords in the name and ghost listings that route one phone number across many cities. We report them through suggested edits or the abuse form and document the evidence with dated screenshots, street view and the repeated number. This takes weeks and may need repeating.
| Business type | What decides the result | What you cannot get around |
|---|---|---|
| Premises-based business | Complete profile, photos, reviews, distance | A real, verifiable address |
| Services with travel to the customer | Service area and city pages | A service area does not replace proximity, and visibility drops in distant districts |
| Local shop | Range in the profile, hours, reviews | Competition from online stores on product queries without a place |
| Professionals and regulated trades | Reviews and credibility | Documents for regulated sectors |
| Regional manufacturer | Local pages and links from local sources | A small volume of queries that include a place |
| B2B working locally | Content for client industries and a presence in Maps | The decision is often made outside Maps |
AI answers now sit beside the local pack, Maps and organic results. The factors behind the businesses a model recommends resemble those in the local pack: consistent data, reviews and credible local sources, though with different weights. Models favour businesses described in content such as industry directories, local media and roundups. A profile without that backing can stay invisible. See AI search optimisation.
We track profile impressions, clicks to your site, calls, direction requests, bookings and messages, local non-brand queries, traffic to city and branch pages, forms, and the number and quality of reviews. Profile data is combined with Google Search Console and GA4.
Position depends on the point from which someone searches. The same phrase from the city centre and from a district 5 km away can give a different result, because distance is a ranking factor. So we measure visibility on a grid of points around your address. It shows your reach, where you stop being visible and whether that radius grows.
Market rates for local SEO in Poland run at about €180–€570 per month excl. VAT, based on public agency roundups. The spread depends on the number of locations, how competitive the city is and the scope: profile only, or pages and content too. A single location in a smaller town sits at the lower end. Several branches in a metropolitan area or a competitive sector sit at the upper end. See SEO pricing.
First changes can appear quickly, especially where a profile is incomplete or the site has simple errors. In competitive cities and sectors it takes longer. Industry sources put the realistic horizon to full potential at 6–12 months, a figure repeated across sources rather than a study. Results in Maps are often quicker than in national SEO, because completing a profile takes effect at once.
The variants complement each other. Local SEO covers the local pack and Maps in a city or area, where profile, reviews and proximity decide. National SEO covers queries without a place, where content, technology and domain authority decide. A company with branches usually runs local SEO for each city and national SEO for queries with no location. Stores need ecommerce SEO, and each new country needs its own approach, see international SEO. For paid visibility in Maps, see Google Maps ads.
