AI Search
AI visibility monitoring means measuring, on a regular cycle, whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Overviews name, cite or recommend your brand, and how that compares with your competitors. AI answers keep changing, so a single screenshot tells you very little.

Generative answers do not form a fixed ranking. They shift with the models, the sources, new publications, competitor activity and even the wording of the question. That is why monitoring needs a fixed set of queries, regular measurements and a comparable method. Without them, you cannot tell whether your visibility is growing or whether you simply asked a different question this time.
Visibility also differs from place to place. A brand can be cited as a source in Google AI Overviews and still be missing from ChatGPT's recommendations. Those are two different types of visibility, and each tool needs its own measurement. Monitoring is the third step of our generative engine optimisation approach, after the diagnosis and the growth work.
The two answer different questions. You usually need both.
| Aspect | Classic SEO tracking | AI visibility monitoring |
|---|---|---|
| What it asks | Where does a specific page rank for a phrase? | Is the brand recognised, named, cited, compared or recommended? |
| Shape of the result | A list of positions | A synthesised answer that changes with models and sources |
| Compared against | Competing pages | Competing brands: share of answers and order in recommendation lists |
| Sources that matter | Your own pages and links | Your own pages and the independent sources the models cite |
The monitoring covers both how often your brand appears and how it is presented.
AI answers change as content, sources and competitors change. We therefore measure on a regular cycle and use the findings to update the direction of the work.
We prepare a fixed set of queries about your offer, industry, customer problems and buying stages. Often the questions that matter most are about choosing a supplier, comparing solutions, price, quality or use case, not thousands of general queries.
We check your presence in AI answers with the same method each time, so that results from different periods can be compared.
We track the number of recommendations and citations, see how your visibility changes against competitors and watch which sources the models rely on.
New publications and competitor moves open new questions. We identify the ones worth adding to the query set.
You get the results together with recommendations for the next actions. If you have not yet had a baseline analysis, the AI visibility audit is the place to start.
Attribution is hard: a user may meet your brand in an AI answer, then visit directly or search for your name on Google. So we look beyond the answers themselves at traffic from AI tools, branded searches, direct visits, and leads and sales preceded by contact with your brand in AI. We combine this with GA4, Google Search Console, your CRM and what your sales team hears in conversations. See our web analytics service.
Alongside monitoring, we offer a one-off AI analysis of a single page for a chosen keyword. Send us the page address and the keyword through our contact form, and you receive an individual SEO report based on AI analysis, with specific errors and clear recommendations. The report is free.
The reason it matters: SEO now depends on how AI understands your page. If a model cannot make sense of your content, structure and context, a search engine may struggle too. The report is meant to show what blocks visibility, why the page is not growing for the keyword, which SEO elements need fixing and how to make the page easier to interpret.
The report focuses on four areas of SEO for the page and keyword you choose.
Does AI understand the topic and intent of the page, does the page answer the question behind the keyword, and can the content appear in generative results?
The semantic match of the page, places where keywords and context are missing, and sections worth expanding.
The logic of the content, the clarity of paragraphs and headings, and the signals of expertise and credibility.
Errors that block indexation, heading structure, speed, crawlability and accessibility of the content.
Learn moreUse the contact form. The report covers a specific page, not the whole domain.
It looks at how visible the content is and at the technical side.
It is meant to be clear and specific.
The recommendations relate to the keyword you chose.
The page report covers one URL. Analysing a whole site and acting on the findings belongs to our SEO service, delivered as ongoing cooperation. Ongoing monitoring of your brand across AI systems is a separate piece of work, and it is most useful once you know your starting point.
We combine SEO with analytics, performance marketing, UX and technology, and we are a Google Premier Partner 2026, a Microsoft Advertising Partner and an OpenAI Select Partner. Our own AI SEO Report 2026 draws on 75+ studies of how AI changes search.
