Multichannel

A multichannel marketing agency that builds one funnel, not five silos

A multichannel marketing agency runs Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, email and SMS, and SEO as one funnel with shared measurement, so you know which channel actually closes the sale and where to move budget. We introduce channels in a planned order, not all at once on day one.

What a multichannel marketing agency does

A multichannel marketing agency plans, launches and optimises campaigns across several channels at the same time and joins them into one sales funnel with one shared attribution model. The alternative is a set of separate specialists, one for Google Ads, one for Meta, one for SEO, with nobody responsible for the whole path. Then data does not connect, and budget gets spent two or three times on the same person.

What matters is not how many channels an agency lists but how it measures the result. A multichannel agency looks at the shared funnel: which channel closes the sale and which only prepares it.

That also means being honest about when it does not pay off. If your budget cannot sensibly support at least two channels, or your product lives in a single medium, concentrate spend where it already works. We sometimes recommend starting with one channel.

Single channel, multichannel and omnichannel

The three terms are often used interchangeably, but they describe different scopes of work.

ModelWhat it meansMain risk or limit
Single channelSales through one dominant channel, usually Google Ads or SEO.Simple and cheap to start, but you depend on one source. If it slows or gets pricier, all sales slow with it.
MultichannelSeveral channels at once, each with its own role, joined by one funnel and one attribution model.Without shared measurement it turns into five competing campaigns.
OmnichannelIntegrating the whole customer experience across marketing, sales, service and often offline.A broader business concept than running ad campaigns. It is not what we sell.

Each channel has a job in the funnel

We assign a role to every channel before launch. Each has its own service page with the detail.

One message, creative made for each channel

Joining channels into one funnel does not mean running the same ad everywhere. TikTok needs short, native content that builds reach, Meta works for remarketing, Google Ads answers intent that already exists, LinkedIn speaks to B2B decision-makers, and email and SMS close with a direct offer. What must stay consistent is the brand message and the funnel goal. A different offer on Facebook, a different price in an email and a different message in Google Ads makes customers lose trust before they buy.

Cross-channel attribution instead of guesswork

Without shared attribution, every channel claims the same sale and the reports do not add up. You cannot tell whether TikTok built the awareness that Google Ads then closed, so budget goes where things look good rather than where conversions are closed.

We build measurement on one analytics set-up in which every event and conversion is measured the same way whatever the channel: GA4 events and conversions in one model, a shared attribution model, Google Tag Manager as a channel-independent layer and Looker Studio as one report instead of five. We run A/B tests that compare channels on the same segment and move budget to where ROAS is higher. Our web analytics service covers the set-up.

For KalendarzeCSK.pl, optimisation based on consistent data lifted conversion from 2.56% to 8.78%, while cost per acquisition fell from about €59 (PLN 259) to about €38 (PLN 164).

How we work with you

  1. Channel audit and goals

We audit all your channels, data, past activity and competitors, then agree measurable sales goals such as ROAS and CPA that set the direction for the whole campaign.

  2. Funnel strategy

We choose the channels and arrange them into one funnel: a reach layer at the top, remarketing in the middle and purchase intent at the bottom. Each channel gets a role that translates into sales.

  3. Cross-channel launch

We launch campaigns with a consistent message and set up analytics in parallel. Channels go live in stages, in an agreed order, rather than everything on day one.

  4. Attribution and reporting

Attribution shows which channel closes conversions, so we move budget to where ROAS is higher. You get one transparent report instead of five, with a stable project owner.

When a multichannel agency makes sense

It pays off when a single channel stops being enough or starts costing too much relative to the result. For example, an impulse-purchase retailer (toy vending machines) went from 300% ROAS to over 1,000% as the mix widened and spend was optimised, with sales up 229% and cost per conversion down 64%.

  • One channel, such as Google Ads, is getting pricier while sales volume stands still.
  • You want to reach customers at several funnel stages, not only at the bottom.
  • Your budget supports two or more channels at the same time.
  • You run several channels but have no shared attribution.
  • You are entering a new market and want to diversify traffic sources.
  • You want to check which channels really close sales.
  • You need a consistent brand message across paid channels and SEO.

Mistakes that sink multichannel campaigns

Most disappointments come from how the work is planned, not from the channels themselves.

  • Channel silos. Separate specialists with no shared strategy produce conflicting decisions and duplicated remarketing.
  • No cross-channel attribution. Every channel takes credit for the same sale, and budget decisions are made by feel.
  • Splitting budget equally. Money should flow to where ROAS is highest and move on the evidence of tests.
  • Spreading too little budget over too many channels. Starting with two or three well-chosen channels is usually better than launching all at once.

How multichannel work is priced

The cost has two parts: media budgets split across channels, and the agency fee. The fee rises with the number of channels, the complexity of attribution, the number of markets and how competitive your sector is. Mixed models are common: a retainer plus a component tied to shared funnel results.

ModelBest forHow it works
Monthly retainerOngoing management of the whole funnelOne team covers the agreed channels, with a defined scope each month and a predictable cost.
Percentage of media budgetAccounts scaling ad spend across several channelsThe fee is an agreed percentage of media spend, so it moves with campaign volume and stays simple when budget shifts between channels.
Success feeMature accounts focused on scalingPart of the fee depends on a result, such as ROAS or leads counted with cross-channel attribution.

How long it takes

Paid channels produce traffic and first conversions within days, but a mix is only fully optimised, and attribution becomes meaningful, after several to a dozen or so weeks of data. SEO and email build more slowly but strengthen the whole funnel over time. We do not promise full cross-channel attribution in week one. We agree milestones instead: when each channel launches, when measurement becomes reliable and when the first conclusions about moving budget appear.
