The client is a premium furniture manufacturer selling online. We keep the brand anonymous, and the revenue figures in this case study were reported in PLN, so we show both currencies.
The goal was clear: grow sales quickly without lowering margin. That ruled out chasing cheap, low-value orders. The campaign had to bring in customers who buy at a high order value, and it had to do so at an efficient budget.
Furniture is a considered purchase. Buyers take a long time to decide, and the ecommerce market is crowded with strong competitors.
The brief was to build a campaign that generates a high value per order and holds acquisition cost down, while still delivering volume.
We combined Google Ads and Meta Ads optimisation with automated remarketing. Four workstreams carried the campaign.
We focused spend on users likely to buy larger furniture sets rather than single items. It is the core of any Google Ads for ecommerce set-up for high-value products: aim at order value, not only at clicks.
We improved product descriptions and images in the feed. Better listings supported both click-through rate and conversion in Google Shopping.
We reminded people who had visited the site without buying about the products they had viewed, using dynamic remarketing.
We tested different ad messages against each other in Meta Ads to find the communication that worked best for the audience.

Selling premium products takes precise targeting. The key is reaching customers who have the right purchase intent, not the widest possible audience.
